left epididymis larger than right one.

Hello, It's been for a while now like 3 years or so, until i started to think about it. My left epididymis is larger than the right one, no pain of any kind, just larger, is this normal?

Hello,
If you feel like little balls inside a sac,so epididymitis and varicocele need to be rule out.Pls consult a urologist and get an ultrasound scrotum done.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.Kind regards.

Well, i dont feel any swelling besides what i think is the structure of the epididymis, it feels like a lot of little balls inside a bag or something like that

Hi,
If you can feel a rounded swelling in the region of the epididymis, then there’s a possibility of an epididymal cyst which needs to be ruled out by a physical examination by a surgeon and possibly a scrotal ultrasound to confirm the same.
If the cyst is ruled out, then probably nothing much to worry.
I sincerely hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind regards.
