no feeling in right testicle

I'm 21 years old and I don't really have feeling in my right testicle for example if I was to get hit in my testicles I would not feel pain in my right testicle and it feels like its stuck to the skin it won't move around at all I went to the doctors like a year about it and an ultrasound was performed and there is blood flow to the testie but can't figure out why it has no feeling unless when I ejaculate and its like a tingly sensation in my right testicle is this a serious problem??? Just want to know why my testicle is stuck to the inside of the skin and has no feeling please help...what is this problem called??? Is it serious??

Testicular numbness can be due to operation, nerve damage, due to infection - gonorrhoea, chlamydia etc, diabetes, thyroid disease or kidney stones.

You should consult your doctor to rule out the above causes and find out the further management plan in your case. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
i have the same problem but both of my testicles feel dead

Thank you but what does it mean when your testicle is stuck to the inside of the scrotum it does not move around like the left testie but just stay stuck to the skin
