Post Chlamydia Discomfort and Pain

I'm a male who recently tested positive for chlamydia. I'd like to explain the whole situation/story so bear with me. During early August of this year (2010) I was having unprotected sex with 1 partner and no signs/symptoms of anything between us. We had been having sex for about 7 months. We stopped having sex at that time, earlier in the month. I had a one night thing with another girl in the middle of August, unprotected. Symptoms starting showing and I had my first visit to a Clinic on August 20th, 2010. I was prescribed with the antibiotic Doxycycline. 2 weeks later exactly nothing had changed, so I returned to the clinic and was given the antibiotic shot with a prescription of the 1 day Azthromycin. 2 weeks later I returned to the clinic with no change once again and was diagnosed with a pulled muscle in my groin, which proved false and just a misdiagnosis. A week after this I visited the ER, as I was told to do this if nothing changed. They tested me for Chlamydia, Gonrrhea, Trichnomias with no positive results. They also did an ultrasound on my testicles to see if there was a tear or anything and once again, nothing was wrong but I still had pain. A week after the hospital visit, I visited a Planned Parenthood to get tested again. They tested me for Chlamydia, Gonrrhea, Syphillis and HIV. All came out negative. Around this time I setup an appointment with a Uroligist and my first visit was October 18th, 2010. On this visit, they looked at my urine with no signs of infection. I was given a prescription of ciprophlaxin and a 2 day supply of pyridium. The pyridium did NOT help at all and I returned to the uroligist on November 1, 2010 with nothing changed, pain/discomfort still present. My uroligist put a camera through my urethra and bladder to see if anything was blocking or causing my grief. He did not see anything that would be doing so and even checked my bladder with an ultrasound after I urinated to see if anything was present. At this point, he told me there was nothing he could do, there is no infection present and nothing physically causing me pain. Just in case he took an x-ray of my abdomen to see if any kidney stones are present. He also sent my urine to get a culture for the second time. He also suggested benadryl to see if that would help my pain. At this point, my current symptoms are discomfort/pain in my testicles, urethra and occasionally in my groin. Also, about a week ago for a few days it felt like a I had urinate literally ALL DAY. I would go pee and immediately feel like I had to pee again. This symptom is not currently happening but I feel it can only come back once again. Basically what I'm asking, where do I go from here? I definitely don't have chlamydia anymore or any STD for that matter, because I've been tested for them so many times. I don't know what to do for pain at this point, ibprofuen doesn't work, vicodin doesn't work, darvocet doesn't work, and even marijuana doesn't help. It's really frustrating because I can't do anything to ease the pain and I don't feel like theres a light at the end of my tunnel. This has really put a damper on my life and I don't know what to do. My uroligist said to use benadryl and hope it goes away. For some reason, I really don't feel like this is something that is just going to "go away". Any and all help is appreciated. I'd really like to get rid of this pain and forget about this time in my life because its affecting me more than I could think it would, both mentally and physically. Thank you in advance!!
