red spots on penis
Here is another pic of the red spots I have on my penis. they are only on the tip and the shaft. They are not painful and not open sores but just red blotches on it. I have looked at pictures of herpes on the internet and these do not seem to be similar but maybe i am mistaken. If you can take a look and let me know what you think it would really help. thanks

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub with clothes, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic),excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis, dermatitis skin or balanitis(due to an underlying infection (bacterial and fungal as well as other organisms).
I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
