Hello,
This can be due to urethritis which is an inflammation of the urethra (the duct which carries the urine from urinary bladder). Now, urethritis is commonly caused by a sexually transmitted disease in a sexually active adult. The STD is usually caused by either gonorrhea or chlamydiae.
The other possibility which needs to be ruled out is a urinary tract infection, prostatitis and also any stone in the urinary tract. Prostatitis often presents with burning pain at the end of urination.
I’ll suggest you to get yourself examined by a urologist , followed by an ultrasound of the urinary tract and maybe some tests like urine examination etc. I would also suggest a 24 hrs urine test and a swab culture of the discharge to confirm the diagnosis. Unfortunately treatment is diagnosis specific and these investigations are needed for diagnosis.
I sincerely hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind regards.
This may be a urinary tract infection. It is best to have it checked asap, since men can get them just as well as women. The bacteria can travel to your kidneys and give you an infection there or they can establish in your bladder wall---both of which are not fun. If not a UTI, it is also possible that you could have kidney stones, as they can sometimes cause UTI-like symptoms. Be sure to drink plenty of water, but stay away from sodas and caffine until you find out. Good luck!
