testosterone after varicocelectomy

hello , i had a inguinal miscrosurgical varicocelectomy from 2 weeks .

something very weird happened with me , before the surgery ,. i had some erectile dysfunction and a little low libido but not depressed or anything. 2 days after the surgery , my libido went through the roof , and i had the best erections ever . I was horny all day literally, i really felt really high and happy like never before ( high test level signs) . then , suddenly after exactly 7 days , the libido took a nose dip and i have a hard time getting an erection or getting aroused , i have to force it .

be advised that there are some medications that i took , i took duriceff antibiotic , airtal , and diantalvic for pain .
They caused me a really bad heartburn and low blood pressure , i called my doc , he said stop all medications and take Zantac the H2 antagonist .

I did and all returned to normal regarding stomach and blood pressure , but i have low libido and erectile dysfuncion .
so i took some steps myself , first of all , i tested my testo levels , they came back 550 ng/ml , wich is normal , but a little low for a 21 year old , it should be 700+ .

so i took some steps myself , i brought some vit b6 and took 20 mg everyday from yesterday , and i find a little improvement , my question is what the hell is going on , do you think i have high prolactin or something else ??I am confused , and why did this happen , why did i felt so good for a week , and then all things went down .

by the way , i want to tell you too , that i had bilateral var, 3rd grade left , and 2nd grade right , my testicles are still soft , but not completely atrophied.

thank you for you help plz answer soon

thank you
