testosterone problem

Im 28 years old and i am experiencing some stressfull problems. First off my erections are weak and not like they used to be. I do get a full erection sometimes but it will die out before i get a chance to have sex. I went to see my doctor and he did blood work. my testosterone level is 362. im not sure if that is good or bad? I was obese and started working on it a few months ago. im not sure if that had something to do with it. now im 197 lbs at 5'11" tall. my urologist prescribed me anti-depressants which i have been taking for a few weeks now but still no help and i really want to get off of them. ive never had a stress problem so im not sure why im on these pills but i would really appreciate someones help asap. Do you think my testosterone level is low according to my age and weight? please help
