thiining skin on penis

After masturbating a few days ago i noticed i had a  small bruise on the front of my penis on the shaft just under the head and there was a small stand of skin that looked like it has been peeled off. I assumed maybe it was from the friction of the masturbation but it has never happened before. I also noticed then that the skin everywhere on the shaft of my penis appeared more wrinkled and leathery as if there was less moisture in my skin. I have had a recent weight loss of about 25 lbs and just a week ago started a blood presure med and mild diuretic. Can the skin of the penis thin or wrinkle from weight loss or lack of fluid or am i just looking into this too much. There is no other pain or soreness on the penis although the skin just feels and looks different

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Let's start off with the fact that I doubt that there is any serious problem with your penis. Maybe there was more friction with this masturbatory episode, no harm! Skin turgor can change with the sodium concentration/fluid content. That does not mean that there is a problem. Also, one cannot compare skin characteristics from different parts of your body (if that is what you are doing).

i would like to add that by a "leathery" appearence i was trying to explain that the skin feels thin thin saran wrap and when touched the skin dosent go back to its original shape ..for instane if u pinch someones cheek and let go it goes back to its original shape...when i manipulate an are of skin on my penis it does not go back as if there isnt enough moisture for it to regain its shape. Also the veins appear more visible under the skin
