unsolved urological problem

I'm a 27 years old circumcised guy, and this is my disease history:

A month ago I saw a small swelling at the lower part of my meatus. I first went to the dermatologist, who told me it's a cyst, and gave me a topical cream, containing gentamicin and corticosteroid (I think prednisolone). I put it twice a day (as he prescribed) and the "cyst" did shrink, but the whole area of the meatus became a little red and puffy. That time I also had an HIV test, which came out negative.

After those 10 days, I felt urine incontinence. I didn't have to wake up during the night to urinate, but during the day it occurred more often than usual. I also felt mild pain in the meatus area (let's say 1 out of 10..so not severe at all).

I wasn't sexually active for 2 months, but then that I had sex again, and felt a little better. The swelling disappeared. Still, I went to see a urologist, who said my penis looks healthy, but in the prostate exam he discovered prostatitis (which was obviously very painful, and when he pressed it I felt a burning sensation at the meatus).
The doctor prescribed me fluoroquinolone (2x10) and ketoconazole (1x7) and told me I should ejaculate every day.

A week later I came for a checkup and I still had pain and inflammation, so the doctor prescribed me azithromycin (1x6), and told me to come back in 2 weeks. That time the urine incontinence problem disappeared already.

After 2 weeks, there was still a mild pain in my prostate (although better), but he said I also have some stress pain in my levator ani muscle, and I should come back for massage, which should release the tension. He mentioned this situation sometimes coexist with prostatitis, and probably after taking care of my muscle stress, it should resolve also the prostatitis problem.

The situation is that now I'm waiting for my appointment for this massage, but something else happened. After having sex few days ago (protected), there is a huge swelling of my circumcised area, plus there is some swelling and redness of the meatus. The pain is very very mild (almost unnoticeable) but it feels a bit uncomfortable. During erection the penis looks better. I am attaching pictures of the swelling:

Today I also feel a bit of a tension in my inguinal area (although I don't feel any lymph node swelling), I know it could be just a muscle problem, but perhaps it's also connected. Otherwise I don't have any problem with urination and ejaculation.

What could be my problem? Could it be a medical emergency or should I just wait for my next appointment next week (Tuesday)?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Thank you for replying rmprdl1964, but it is still not helpful and I still don't know what I have. I would be happy if someone professional would have a look at the pictures, and tell me what he/she thinks. I must say that I had mild swelling before, after masturbation, but never like this.
I understand the links are down, so I uploaded them again to another website:

Just an update: the swelling subsided (now it's about 30% of what it used to be), but I feel a bit pain at the lower part of my meatus (although it also looks better)

Perhaps you need to get a second opinion. I started to have problems with prostatis at the age of about 18. Never has any urologist told me that I must ejculate every day. I know that on several occasions when urologist did the prostate examination massage, I was in severe pain and had one occasion where some unrine leaked.

In your case you can most definitely see physical problems. Prostatitis might just be some other problem that you might have.

Not being a doctor I can notice 2 systs right at the bottom of the meatus. Than there is also the abnormal swelling of the skin just below the glans or the corona. Not being circumcised myself, I am not an expert on this however it does not  look normal.

All the best.
