This has been going on for six months which is a long time, go see your doctor.  Any issues with urinating when standing?  This article gives some possible causes of your symptoms.  They include a urinary tract infection, urethritis, kidney stones, urethral stricture, prostatitis,  and one more that wouldn't apply to you (prostate cancer treatment).  https://www.healthline.com/health/burning-tip-of-urethra-no-std#causes  These can be treated and usually with an antibiotic except for stricture.  Go see your doctor for proper confirmation of what is going on so you can treat this and be done with it.
