i feel like urine dribbles down after i pee . there is a hot sensation on the tip of my penis when i am about to errect  , after masterbation , i found a sticky clear discharge coming out , i always have a an urgency to pee , i always think something is comming out of my penis but when i check its nothing , i got tested for hiv , clymd , syphl , gonnorh after my 3 months of possible exposure , all were  negetive . there is no pain any where in the lower abdomen region , i think there is a slight tingling sensation in my testicles (right ) , there is a itchy sensation in my anus , sometimes i feel its moisty . no blood in urination , last september ,08 i had advil continously for a month for tooth pain , could this be the side effect . i am a regular drinker and smoker ,
plese help me detect whats wrong , do i need to retest for the above mentioned diseases , or is it a uti or is it a stone , i am also having headaches could this be the cause , of late i am having some burning sensation while peeing .

This sounds almost EXACTLY like symptoms I have been having for quite some time and I sincerely hope you find an answer because I have not been able to.  I stopped posting on this site about my symptoms because, many times, they are just ignored.  I did post to the STD forum and am confident that the information I was given from Dr. Hook is correct.  At the time of the writing I had been treated for every possible bacterial STD as well as Trich.  Having said that, I haven't been able to get to the bottom of this from any of the doctors here in Afghanistan, but I go home next month and I plan to see a doctor then.  

Please update me if you are able to find some resolution.

I think that you should see a urologist. The clear sticky discharge when you speak with your wife as well at the sensation in your penis is most likely related to sexual excitement and is quite normal.

sorry i forgot to add ,,,when i speak to my wife over the phone as she is in different country ,,,,,i start having a hot feeling at the top of my penis , and a clear sticky discharge comes out ,,,,,,,,,

there was a trace or blood in my urine ,,,,,,,,,doctor asked me to do a clmy gonnorh , anad a midstream unrin test ,,,i am not sure what this midstream urine test is ,,,,,,,,what it is used to detect ,,,,,,,,,,,is tumor curable ?????? what shall i do doc

I cannot think of one problem that could account for all of your symptoms except for a urinary tract infection, stone in a ureter or anxiety. You need to see a urologist to help sort this out for you. Note that smoking can lead to bladder tumors which in addition to frequency, urgency usually give small amounts of blood into the urine.
