I've never heard of this, probably only a medical professional could answer it. You could start with your regular Dr, see if he/she has any ideas about it. I know it might be embarrassing to discuss such topics with a Dr, but believe me, most of them are not fazed at all about such issues. And if you're embarrassed to discuss personal habits, you don't have to say whether it was sex with a partner or just you on your own, just say that erection & ejaculation are uncomfortable. It's possible there's some slight physical deformity (there are ligaments that pull the penis upward during erection, etc.) that might cause this if they are not aligned properly or something - just a guess, but could be something like that. If the Dr can't help, ask for a referral to a specialist - a Urologist may be able to help...
