Sir please suggest very worried

Hello Sir,

Please advice me i am very worried.

On 19 april i had sex with an CSW. First time ever had sex that to i dont know how i lost control. I had some beer but was in control of mind.

I just sucked her boobs & have finger her.
But i had unprotected oral sex with her.

After this she put 2 condom on my penis & we had sex. In between i found that outer condom was broken, immediately i stoped at that time neither of us have not ejected. Then i removed the outer condom & checked the inner one by blowing air into it, it was blown. Also there was an bucket of water in the room i just dipped that blown condom inside the water bucket no air bubble was comming out.

Immediately i run away from there.

Fingering & after some time if by chance you put your hand on penis what could happen ?

Next day i just check on net and went & asked for PCR test RNA . Then when test come after 5 days, Test come undetected. i went to counceler doctor she told that you should go for this test after 1 month. Then i searched on net & found this forum.

As per her suggestion i have to go for the PCR on 19 may. But i read on net that these test can also come false positive. What to do ?

I am having an childhood tonsil problem. After this encounter after one 1.5 week i got some tonsil but i did salt water gaggle for 2-3 days they went. During this time i also had some oily & spicy food.

Initially i was not able to sleep properly so start feeling unrestful & tired. But when i sleep properly i am not tired.

I am very worried, what should i do. My mood is constantly fluctuating. Not able to concentrate on my work. Really upset.

No, you do not need to do any more tests as your negative Duo is final and conclusive.  What you need to do now is forget about it and move on.

Me temo que has publicado tu pregunta en el foro de VIH en español, y como tal, voy a responderte en este idioma.  En inglés, tenemos los foros correspondientes.
En primer lugar, según tu descripción, la relación sexual que has tenido no conlleva un riesgo realmente significativo para infección de VIH.  No hay riesgo en el sexo oral recibido, ni tampoco por chupar los pechos o insertar el dedo en la vagina, incluso si tocaste tu pene, a continuación.  En referencia al sexo vaginal, según comentas, utilizasteis dos preservativos, y al menos uno permaneció intacto, por lo tanto, no ha habido riesgo de infección en este caso.  Mi consejo en el futuro es de no utilizar dos condones, ya que hay un mayor riesgo de que se rompan; un preservativo con lubrificación es más que suficiente.
En relación con las pruebas, el PCR después de un dia es demasiado pronto para ser fiable y concluyente.  es mejor esperar al menos 7-10 días.  Lo que te aconsejaría es que te hicieras la prueba del VIH Duo después de cuatro semanas, ya que tras ese periodo ventana de 28 días, un resultado negativo sería final y concluyente.

I am not sure if you speak Spanish, but I need to remind you that this VIH forum is supposed to be in Spanish language.  We have other forums in English.
In any case, from your description of your sexual encounter, I can assure you that the level of risk taken in relation with HIV infection is extremely low.  No real risk from oral sex, sucking breasts or vafginal fingering, even if you touched your penis thereafter.  The only risk would have been if both condoms had broken, but as you say, at least one remained intact.  Therefore no risk from the penetrative vaginal intercourse either.
My advice regarding this is to never use two condoms in the future as they are more likely to break.  One condom with plenty of water-based lubrication is more than enough.
Regarding the tests, a PCR test after only one day cannot be considered reliable.  One would need to wait at least 7 to 10 days.  My advice to you would be to have a HIV Duo test after 4 weeks, which will be final and totally conclusive then.

my 8 week duo test come negative, but i think i should go for 12 week test also.

Hello Sir,

First of all thanks for all your help & guidance.

But i am still stuck at one place, today i went to the local goverment clinic (whome i reported first of my encounter before comming to medhelp) i just went to inform that my test come negative for DUO test.

But they told me to come for 12 week test final, i told them that i did not went for HIV PCR test because it could come false positive. Looking at there reaction i think they were not having much idea about DUO.

Sir what to do still got stuck.

Q1 - Shall i go for 8 week duo & then 12 week duo.


Q2 - Sir can 29 day duo can become +ve after 12 week.

Even in other forum everyone is insisting on 12 week final test.
I dont know why i am feeling that much low confidence first time in life.

I dont want to waste your valuable time.
But please sir last reply on this topic, it will be very grateful to me.

Gracias por su valiosa sugerencia.
Según su sugerencia me fui para la prueba del VIH DUO el 18 de mayo, mi encuentro sexual fue el 19 de la noche de abril. Así que prueba que se hace el 29 º día después del encuentro.

resultado de la prueba son negativos para la prueba del vih dúo.

¿Qué voy a don ahora señor?

¿Quieres que vaya para la prueba de 3 meses es decir, 12 semanas por favor sugerir?

No sé español, así que estoy tranlating que usar la herramienta de idiomas de Google.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
As per your suggestion i went for the HIV DUO test on 18 may , my sex encounter was on 19 april night. So test done on 29 th day after encounter.

Test result are negative for hiv duo test.

What shall i don now sir?

Shall i go for the 3 month test i.e 12 week please suggest ?

I dont know spanish so i am tranlating it using google language tool.
