How are you doing now?

I can say that all the symptoms you've listed could be from vitamin D deficiency and there are even more.

I had /have a long list of symptoms
I had being tested for everything since 2 years ago
By now the only thing wrong was vitamin D level (was 16ng/ml 10 months ago)
I did lot of improvment when my levels were better but now dropped to 23 again and feeling the symptoms again.

Just be sure to improve your levels you wil noticed a difference.

Some of the symptoms that you list are from having the anaemia.

When someone is anaemic they have less red corpuscles in their body to carry oxygen to all parts of the body and brain.  This why you will feel tired and have loss of appetite and feel dizzy.

The aches and pains may be from bone problems.  Your leg pain may be referred pain from lower spinal problems.   Have you had imaging tests done to check your bones?  If not, you should make an appointment and ask your doctor to refer you for imaging (xrays or whatever he thinks).  Outer thigh pain can be referred from the lower back or from trapped nerves in the groin (meralgia paraesthetica).

Once your iron levels are fine, the brain fog may go, but you do need to drink plenty of fluids and especially water. Dehydration (not drinking enough) can make you have brain fog.

You are also at the age when the menopausal symptoms can begin - A blood test to check your hormone levels would show whether you are on the change.

Eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.  If you liked cooked liver, that contains lots of iron.  Egg yolks contain iron and dark green vegetables.

When I went to Gyn for check up I was surprised to see that I was low in Vit D too.    Hope the supplements help. I'm in CostaRica now. So I get plenty of sunshine. Hanging clothes to dry. Taking the dog to the beach & swimming.
I read about special light boxes you can try too.
