I am going to start taking what he recommends, I was taking D3 alone, my blood work levels always came back low, so, I will now start adding K2 to the D3, I am excited to see if it helps the levels, I think it will.

I added K2 to my 5,000 IU of D3 also. My level of D3 was very very low my doctor said. He is a believer that D3 could help prevent catching Covid or lessen symptoms.
