I would suggest 2000 IU - 5000 IU daily of vit. D3
Make sure you also take vitamin K, vitamin A and
magnesium. They all work in synergy to keep things functioning well and safely in your body.
Because vit. D is fat soluble it's best if you take it with meals containing good quality oils/fats.
