On going symptoms

I have been sick for a few months now I have had several blood tests done from diff doctors. I have recently seen a RM and he has run tests for lupus and RA also SS and Lyme disease all came back negative. The only thing we have found is my vitamin D is low at 12 which I started taking  supplements as of yesterday. My symptoms have been pain in my bones and joints also muscles and spasms. I also have been very tired and have bad headaches. I notice alot of people have the same symptoms I have one thing going on that is very annoying its like I am having hot flashes or my body is getting real hot but have no fever anyone else with low VDD have this problem it is very annoying if anything.

Yea I need to write stuff down to take to the dr. I hope alot of this is caused by the low d but who knows I have been out in the sun everyday and taking a suppliment. I go retest in a couple weeks so I hope it has increased a bit. As for the anxiety I've had it for about 10 yrs or since my daughter was born. I get it everyday no matter what it's there I wake up with it and go to bed with it. If I'm stressed I have it if I am doing something I enjoy doing I have it lol it's just there and I don't know what is causing it. My Dr said start exercising more and I laugh at him because I was in the best shape of my life when it all started. I still run or walk now even with the pain and all the other crap I'm going through so I know it's not lack of exercise. I think I think too much and am a bit of a worrier I just can't seem to shut my mind down. Ill talk to ya soon have a good one!

Well its been going on for me for 14 + years. but this is the closest any dr has come. Im originally from California scene so many dr's and nothing.Pushing pain pills and depression meds. i moved to iowa almost a year ago and they will not use any form of pain pills nothing but depression meds. they figure trick the brain you will be fine. However that didnt work either. thank goodness I found a dr that really cares and believes what ive been telling her. i will advise when i get the results.
ok so ask yourself. you feel good then every 2 weeks you dont so what are you doing different? what are you eating? Drinking? doing about that same time? You think it is the vit D. are you getting out in the sun more or staying indoors more? kind of have to think when you are feeling worse what did you do then keep track of the bad things and it will start showing a pattern. after reading about the gluten thing. I have noticed when i eat certain things my heart pounds different. My other doctors said its stress /Anxiety. Yesterday totally relaxed no problems and I ate some sour patch watermelon candies..my heart started acting up again. so now i know i have to stay away from it. im not going to get my hopes up after all the let downs i am just  looking forward to a answer to why..hope this helps let me know about your up coming tests please. hope you feel better really soon..

ok 2nd round of Allergy tests...allergic to 56 out of 64 foods.Allergist states this isnt impossible..lol  so they are going to draw blood on monday for a Gluten Allergy.(celiac disease)....There are more than 100 different symptomspotentially caused by celiac disease — every case is different, and in fact some people don't have any symptoms at all. But there are some symptoms that appear frequently in people ultimately diagnosed with celiac disease, including:

Diarrhea and/or constipation
Abdominal pain and/or heartburn
Bloating
Fatigue
Brain fog
Anemia
Joint pain
Rashes
Depression and/or anxiety
Muscle Pain

Hope you are feeling better..will advise to the outcome probably next Thursday

Well I am actually going down to 2000 now do to doctors advice and gonna have to get the rest from the sun or a salmon diet. I started having the jitters real bad and have an anxiety problem for yrs and it seems to make it worse. It's kinda wierd in 3 days to start having all of this energy all the sudden I hope it's a good sign but who knows!

Ok, thats pretty good.
If you are out in the sun most of the day, then simply make sure you expose majority of your skin (such as your back) to the sun for about 15 mins (at least) between 10am and 3pm and keep up with 5 000 IU daily.

If you cannot expose majority of your skin to the sun, then I would suggest you increase your supplementation to 10 000 IU daily just in case, at least for the first month, and then recheck your levels.

If they are back in the more acceptable range after that time, then you can decrease to 5 000 IU daily of supplementation.
Generally when there isn't enough sun outside, or you don't expose most of your skin to it, then it would be recommended to supplement with 10 000 IU.

Though keep in mind that it might take up to 3 months for your levels to reach 'above average'.

Cannot comment on your current condition really, but as for Vitamin D... I hope its Vitamin D3 you are taking.
How many IU are you taking exactly?
The Human body can generate approximately 10 000 IU in the summer sun after 15 mins between 10am and 3pm, and about 20 000 IU after 25 to 30 mins.

Given your low levels, I would hope you are supplementing with at least 10 000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily.
20 000 IU might be better actually and then you could taper off to 10 000 IU daily once your levels are back up in acceptable range.
