Trouble swallowing?

Has anyone with low vitamin D had issues with their swallowing muscles being weak?  I'm not talking about having a lump in the throat, choking type of swallowing difficulties, I am having a problem with liquid going up into my sinus cavity when I swallow (nasal regurgitation).   My soft palate is weak and this issue shows up on my swallowing study.

I have had testing to rule out MS, ALS, autoimmune, Lyme, etc.  My only abnormal lab result is a Vitamin D of 15.

Thanks for any comments.
