What are the normal ranges for your tests.  Uric acid would show up as gout usually on the big toe not the fingers.  I'm used to seeing the RA in a titer format so I need the range for the RA to tell you how high it is. the CRP looks normal and that is non specific anyway. The vitamin D is low but it usually doesn't cause the fingers to be swollen that would be more of a rheumatoid arthritis type of problem or other autoimmune problem. But low vitamin D can cause a variety of problems. Yours isn't that low. The normal range is 30-80.  It would probably cause some fatigue and maybe some joint pain but I don't think it really is low enough to do that. Nevertheless I hope your doctor gave you a good loading dose to start with. Then you can take for a couple of months and get retested if normal at that time they should drop you down to about 1000IU a day. Then recheck you again in another 3 months.  Some doctors make the mistake of seeing your blood work go back to normal and if it does they let you go off of vitamin D. if you want I have an article from the Mayo clinic that shows that they should not do that. Anyway, it would be helpful if you had your normal ranges for the lab that did the lab work. It varies from lab to lab.

p.s. did you mean anti ccp antibodies? if so they are a more specific way to look at RA. The normal range for those are less than 20 so that would be normal if that is what you mean by cpp.

I also found the general range for B12 is >200-250  so yours is low. This can make you feel tired, have anemia, feel light headed, muscle weakness, and get nerve damage if you don't get treated within 6 months of when the symptoms started. I don' t know if this had anything to do with your joint pain. I don't think so. I still think that is some time of Inflammation or autoimmune thing they haven't found yet. But I would get the B12 taken care of right away and (probabalby a shot) then you can take sublingual (under the tongue) B12. The best is methylcobalmin around 5000mcg once a week unless your doctor can give you another dose for daily or weekly use. Methylcobalmin under the tongue absorbs well. But you need to find out why you were low to start with. It could be due to an anemia or bleeding somewhere or you are not getting it in your diet (if you are vegan) or not absorbing it right.
