vitamin B12
i recently checked my vitamin B12 its 235.1 ref range (200-1100) ,i have memory impairement,vission impairment,no sex drive heavyness in head difficult watching tv?is this syptoms are due to my B12 level because i am taking 1500 mcg methylcobalamin.please suggest me what other test needs to done?
Some of us don't absorb vitamin B12 and have to inject regularly, to get/keep our levels up. You might talk to your doctor about that.

hello, i have several deficiencies so i was wondering if you had your d levels, c, the rest of your b's checked? Or hormone/thyroid, blood work. I have several of the symptoms you mentioned and I was not just deficient in B12 it was other b's also so i need a b complex also. Did you try the sublingual? I am d deficient which also i have so many pains aches. You may want to have checked.... Also I try to eat all the food they mention are high in B 12....
