Osteopenia

YSI
Just curious whether beginning supplements later in life does any good?

Recent xray report says osteopenia, despite a life of too much food and an extreme amount of weight-bearing. (My extreme Diet Coke intake probably explains the deficiency.) So I bought Viactive caramel chews which supply calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin K.

Faithfully taking them-cheap and taste so damn good it is hard to limit myself to the daily dosage lol.
