Help with B12

I have a B12 deficiency. I went undiagnosed until I was 26 (that was 4 years ago). I am taking 2,000 MCG, at least, a day to help with that as I don't have insurance nor money to pay for the shots. Is there anything else that I can do to keep my B12 levels where they need to be?? Thank you for all and any help.

How low are you?
What are your symptoms?
What type of B12 are you taking?

Some are successful raises levels with B12 sublinguals. Some need the injections. There are also B12 sprays.

I take sublinguals:
Methylcobalamin
Adenosylcobalamin
Hydroxycobalamin

Make sure you're not also low in folate (b9)

When taking more B12 your potassium can decrease. Eat/drink potassium rich foods and balance your sodium intake as well.

I drink coconut water and use Celtic salt

What do you eat that has B12 in it?  Are you a vegetarian or vegan?  And if you're not seeing a doctor anymore, how do you know you're still low in it?  What were your B6 and folate levels, as they are in balance with B12 and might have been too high.
