Vitamin deficiency cause calcification in throat?

I felt a sensation in my throat in 2012...was sent to ENT who did CT and said he thinks I have Eagle Syndrome. I can feel a bone poking my right tonsil. It feels like its under it and behind it. I get headaches, ear pain, pain behind my eye and pain in my neck. I have disc disease in my spine...lower back and neck. I wonder if there is a connection. He said surgery is too risky cuz its up against my main artery :( So scary. Does anyone else suffer from this? Its a calcification of some sort. Please contact me if you are dealing with this, as I feel so alone and am scared its going to cause a stroke or something. :( I had the duodenal switch weight loss surgery 11 yrs ago and I wonder if a vitamin deficiency causes calcifications. I read they can. I was low in D, Mag and K for years.
