You should probably try to vary your diet so you don't get tired of it. Make sure you eat protein with every meal/snack because protein fills you up and keeps you fuller longer. Protein can be a meat, eggs, fish, nuts/nut butter, etc. Also, don't forget to eat some healthy fat every day. Fat helps you feel satisfied, so you aren't looking for food between meals.
Eating whole fruit instead of juice is best because fruit has the added benefit of the fiber and extra vitamins/minerals that you don't get in juice.
Thank you I'm very happy that my goal is realistic , I will be having porridge for breakfast with a small glass of arrange juice, dinner brown pasta with tuna no mayo, then tea will be chicken with vegetables or fish , snacks I have fruit and also natural yogurt , please any help will be great I will not be cheating as really want this and will exercise for 20 mins on running machine each day and weights I have an active job aswell
Your goal is very realistic. You'd be losing approximately 5 pounds/month, which fits right with our rule of thumb which is 1-2 lbs/week.
