Krystina...usually the fad diets are just that ..a fad that doesn't work because to really lose weight and keep it off , you need to eat healthy foods ALL the time. Not eating breakfast is a terrible idea...your body needs nutrition after sleeping all night. Even if you only have time for a protein shake or piece of fruit in the morning, that's better way to start your day. Eat more veggies/salad. Portion contra is key! If I could advise one other important thing it would be...drink water...no soda ( even diet soda)...no juices that are high in sugars.

the type of diet u r mentioning is ridiculous and I'm saying it with no intention of disrespect...there are many fad diets and believe me I've tried them all and still struggling with it...the only diet that safely and effectively worked for me was FL4I(fat loss for idiots)..look it up...eat and do some not-so-strainous exercise like walking...i lost 15 lbs in almost 3 months...got pregnant...and I'm on it now again after 3 years...but it really works..best of luck.
