I have BED (binge eating disorder) and I have found it really hard to stop bingeing as well. I recently started this program called the 21 day fix and it is supposed to help you control your portions. It has helped me, I've been doing it for three weeks and I already feel more in control of my bingeing I suggest you do research on the "21 day fix" and see if it'll help you.
I've also noticed that I tend to binge when I'm bored so think about the times you are most likely to binge and try to keep yourself distracted during that period of time. Also if you really want food but you know you shouldn't, try doing 30 jumping jacks before and usually that takes your mind off the food.

I don't know how old you are, but Liproxenol is not for everyone. It should not be taken by pregnant women or anyone with a heart condition, as it can make matters much worse. I've read some really horrible reviews on it. I recommend doing some serious research before taking it or any other diet aid.
I used to have the same condition but thanks to a friend who recommended Liproxenol to me, I have not only stopped my binged eating but I have lost weight as well.
