CHALLENGE POST - Exercise, Moving .. Believing!

OK .. We need to start tying our community and challenge members into regular exercise, accountable exercise and expanding our range of movement.  This of this as an adventure ... discovering new and wonderful ways to have fun and get healthy!  

Today, I am providing you with an exercise video showing you core yoga exercises.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S38pIkemgNs  Remember, do what you can and if you need to bend your legs, do so.  Do what is within your limits but have fun and allow yourself to try some new things!  

We will be starting to watch exercise trackers and encouraging you to move .. so ... if you want to be an "exercise gnome" and help with this project .. please let me know.  Remember .. the more you tie into the community and the challenge .. the easier it is to stay involved and successful.  In addition, when you help others .. you truly help yourself as well.

i tried it! These are good exercises hopefully i can remember them so i can do it on the carpet next time theres not really enough room in pc room to stretch out so far!!
I do exercise everyday but sometimes i forget to update the tracker so just holla at me if i did and i will update lol!!

Ohh my gosh just trying this now - single leg rotations I can jsut about do -  the double leg rotations aint happening -  I am soooo weak! lol
