Calorie/ Weight loss question

I've been reading up about calories and weight loss but I am still extremely confused. I'm female, 5'6, currently weigh 128 lbs, and my target weight is 122 lbs. I workout for at least one hour 5 days a week (usually running or interval training) and on average usually burn about 750-850 calories. I was just wondering how many calories I need to consume  daily to safely reach my target weight ( perhaps a pound a week?) and to keep it off.

Just took a quick look at height/weight chart - you are NOT overweight - even if you have a small frame.  If you can maintain where you are, that would be ok.  Don't lose too much or you will be unhealthy.

There are some websites you can go to that will give you the number of calories you need daily.  spark people is a good one; live strong is another.  You can also do a search for height/weight charts to get an idea of where your weight should fall.

Good luck and keep posting.
