I managed 40 minutes on Wii Fit when I got home from work. That's in addition to the 2+ miles I put on and the physical activity at work. Not too shabby.
No weight being lost, but at least I'm moving!!!
Hey it's ok! sometimes things happen that we just have to forget and move on! You did get that 10 workot didnt you? I think that's great! Keep concentrating ans um sure you will do better!

I did 20 minutes of cardio. I am soooo tired and hungry today. At least I got up and moved a little.
Funny - if you got my message, I just told you about Plank. She does it in the yoga video. It's just that I'm using it as more of a "stand-alone" exercise.
TO: Skailark: I didn't do anything today - started the injections for my knee. I wanted to exercise, does that count?
I think i did bad today! I did do my 10 mins cardio but man skipping days to rest and do other exercises kicked my behind! I was super tired trying to do it today but i did make it through the whole thing. I did my lunges and crunches also so thats good!
That should have been 2+ miles not hours!! Still at work, so hopefully will get more by day's end.
Here I am again!! I've walked 2+ hrs again today according to my pedometer, along with work type activity for exercise. Plan to hit another 30 min Wii Fit when I get home if everyone cooperates. Wish me luck!! Will let you know how it works out.

Swimmimg is a uber kool exercise. It's a all reound work out! Wow i think i shud jump in to the pool one of these days ( of course to the shallow end first!)
Did you say you did 1/3 of a mile? I think that's awesome! I am sure you will do 1/2 a mile one of these days and make all of us proud!
Okay - the past two days I have done something different for my exercise. I swam laps at the pool. I have never done this before. It is very invigorating. I swam 1/3 of a mile. both days.
