Most apps I know of, don't actually provide menus; they simply provide a means of keeping track of what you eat, calories, nutrition, weight, body fat, etc. Most have databases you can search for the foods you eat.
There's one, called spark people . com (without the spaces) that might have some meal plans or give you a way to come up with some.
It's actually quite easy to come up with your own menus, centering around lean protein, lots of veggies, low/no fat dairy, whole grains, healthy fats, nuts, seeds.... Every meal/snack should have some protein, because that's what builds muscle and helps keep you feeling fuller.
