Having trouble getting started.

I have been trying to loose weight for a while now but it never seems to want to budge. I do everything I can, eat right, exercise an hour a day 6 days a week and drink copious amounts of water yet, i have not noticed any weight changes or size changed for 3 weeks. Its feels like a fail, is there any suppliments I could try to help boost the first amount of weight lose?

I consumed 1700-1900cal per day. But intake calorie will change from person to person, as according to the burning calories. In order to lose weight calories burnt must be greater than intake calories. My menu for single day is

Breakfast:
1 cup orange juice
Cold cereal with raisins and fat-free milk
1 small banana

Lunch:
Smoked turkey sandwich on whole-wheat pita bread
1/2 cup apple slices
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup baked potato wedges

Dinner:
3/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup steamed carrots with honey
Whole-wheat dinner roll
1 cup fat-free milk

Hi leyhdylan…. Thanks for your concern, I have gone through your suggested site and it is very useful to me. To loss 29 lbs in 80 days, how many calories you had consumed? Would you kindly provide me your total meal, which you had consumed? It might be helpful to my weight loss journey.

Hi valeriaLUCIUS, I lost 29lbs in 80 days. Your weight loss is not low and this would increase, if you follow the weight loss tips suggested by me. For more information regarding this tips, you can visit this site(http://thebestweightlossreviews.wordpress.com/2013/03/25/natural-ways-to-lose-weight/).

I went to a nutritionist and had my blood levels checked. I was working out 6 days a week, not eating much at all and no carbs. Turns out my Vitamin D levels were half what they needed to be. Make sure you take a good Vitamin D with K2, a healthy fish oil pill, and a multi-vitamin. And don't try too hard. Really an hour a day max is good, a half hour of cardio and a half hour of weight training is really all you need. Best of luck, message me anytime! :)

Hi leyhdylan… I would need your help to lose weight, I am 30 with 5 ft 11 inch height and 230lbs of weight. I started my weight loss journey at 252lbs that too in earlier December 2012, but I lost only 22 lbs in 3 months. What’s wrong with me, and please let me know; how many days you took to cut down 29 lbs?

To reach your weight loss goals, you need to focus on foods which contain less carbohydrates and high proteins. Exercises like squats, crossover tap, scissor power switch, plie slides, and hip extension can really help shape up your things. I lost 29 pounds last year by following this diet tips. I think this tips will be great helpful for you.

Try a lymphatic drainage massage by a certified lymphatic massage therapist. as a supplement to your weight loss program. By itself this massage will detoxify your system plus a temporary loss of water weight. But by adding this detoxification to your weight loss program you will boost your sluggish metabolism and see faster more permanent results. Remember to only use a massage therapist who is certified in lymphatic manual drainage massage. Good Luck
