How can I help myself lose weight easier, when its hard for me?

I am 14 year's old, and female. I'm a freshman in high school, and get picked on because of my weight frequently. I weight 162. These girls make fun of my arms because they jiggle. It makes me so upset. I try to lose weight all the time, but I get lazy and just stop. I love sweets, I love soda and so much more. I try drinking plenty of water but I always give up. Ive been trying for a while, but nothing works for me.. Please help me.

At first you should try to adopt basic healthy habits like eating a light dinner, avoid fryed food and fast food, put in your meals more fruits and vegetable, drink a lot of water etc. If you change your lifestyle (slowly and gradually), you will see changes in your body that will come to stay. That's what happened to me. I used to be fat and I know how hard sometimes the struggle seem but it's definitely worth it! I believe in you! Good luck! Don't listen to people who will always find something to mock you. It's not worth it!

I'm sorry to tell you there's no easy way to lose weight. If there were, everyone would be slender.  In the end, it all comes down to determination, self discipline,  and making good choices.

Oh honey, I've been there before. One piece of advice I can give you is to not let those girls get to you. Don't lose the weight so that way they'll stop picking on you, lose it because you want to do it for you. As for the food, treat it like gas. You are the car. Fuel your body with the best so it can fuel the best out of you. You should also look in to body positivity. So what your arms jiggle?? What makes a person ugly is their personality and the way they treat people. Those girls are levels below you. Don't sweat it!

Losing weight is not easy but is really good for your health, it make you slim and fit.
The most important thing is a controlled diet and exercise on regular basis. I have lost 2pounds in just few weeks with daily workout, diet and my diet pills.

I used to drink a lot of juices, energy drinks, eat alot of kebabs, chips and what not, but my stomach would hurt all the time, and I'd eat because of the negative feelings I had about myself.
At some point I decided I had enough, but giving up was hard, so I draded all the bad drinks for tea and I peel and slice carrots and eat a lot of lowfat cheese put in water so the salt would be taken away.
I am 160 centimeters and I'm about ~49 kgs.
I was never overweight, but I got picked on at school for other reasons, so I understand how you feel.
Fruit is sweet, I prefer mandarin, grapefruit and oranges, apples are also nice. Also, if you prepare your food yourself it's also more satisfying than just opening a bag of sweets or something else.
And don't worry, we all have some days we want to snuggle with a chocolate or drink some soda.
Also, I drink a cup of warm watet every morning when I wake up before I eat anything, see if that will help you a bit.
And don't give up. Losing weight is about you wanting to do something for yourself, so start with that, okay?

You must first love you, be careful what you put in your mouth, make sure that everything that you put in your body has some nutritional body.  Chew your food at least 32 times, that is for each mouth full. Exercise is important also, for the body and the mind. Try doing push ups for the arms.  Also, skipping with a skipping rope helps the whole body. But what you put in your mouth is the most important.  Best wishes

There's a lot of really delicious and healthy food! You just don't know about it. Try something new: make a berry smoothie or yummy italian salat, drink a lot of amazing green tea with honey. It is so easy to lose weight that way. Belive me , it works

I feel so bad for you hearing about those mean girls. As said above, I would try not to pay any attention to them and just try to have a healthier lifestyle eating more veggies, protein, fruits, and healthy fats like in nuts or natural oils or tuna. For exercise I really like yoga, which makes your muscles longer and helps the body seem more slender and also is really effective in relaxing and having a better approach towards your body.
Don't let them get you down! They are the ones who are ugly in their actions, no matter how thin or attractive they may look on the outside.
You sound so sweet! Be healthy for yourself, and keep positive. I've been through all kinds of bullying and name calling, for being short and what not. In the end it's them who should feel ashamed not you.

First of all don't do a diet because of that stupid girls, do it because you want to be healthier and to be proud of you. Start eating fruit instead of junk food.  Eat 5 times a day but in little portions.  If your still hungry eat chewing gum :), also do some exercice,  as much as you can
. And remember that the resultados is going to make your be very proud if you and all your hard work.
