Thanks for replying! I've tried the website u suggested (it was actually functionfitnessUSA?! XD!) anyway another thing I tried was avoiding a particular food for 10 days and now i actually don't eat chocolate that often! but i LOVE it so i still do but not as much!
Whole grains are a healthy part of any diet, unless you are allergic or intolerant.
I couldn't find the functional fitness.com, but it sounds like something that could be expensive.
Regular exercise, such as walking, biking, swimming, etc are excellent for building muscle and burning fat. You don't have to do anything strenuous.
hi i had the same problem as u at 13 and now im 15 and i used a programm such as the two sites that helped me were functional fitness.com, and body building.com both of wich u can stat ur ownprogram where u pick u want to loose fat or build muscel and then click teen and it gives u a group of programs to choose from u choose the best and u will have ur very own body building instructer telling u wat to do next there would be an email of the beggining of every week telling u wat to do for each day and so on if u work with the program for 12 weeks in know it seems long but if u do it the right way it will work. sure i started wen i was 14 did for 12 weeks wasnt satis fied so i added 2 weeks more and i was (happy as the perverbeal pig and ****) so go do ull feel better just think about wat u can do and not to listen to wat other people say about you. sure i lost from ( 225 - 187) in 14 weeks and mann i am happy so go a head do it.

Losing weight slowly and gradually is the healthiest way to go about it. It may seem like it's taking forever, but if you lose weight slowly, it's more likely you'll keep it off.
What do you mean by "special diets", exactly? I would NOT suggest a fad diet at all, because those don't work long term. Making healthy choices is a lifestyle change! Eating more fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein like chicken or tofu, and eating less sugary drinks like sodas and high fat snacks like candy bars. That doesn't mean that you can't have those treats once in a while - if you don't allow yourself to have a treat sometimes, you'll end up craving them all the time!
Maybe you should ask your parents to help you. You could go on walks, go swimming or something together, and prepare healthy meals together. That way, you could spend some time with family, and have people to confide in to make the journey easier.
Lets start with ...How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
then go to how much do you think you need to lose and where are your problem areas?
Controlling portion sizes and exercising will help more than anything, since I'm sure your parents provide plenty of healthy food. Stay away from the junk, like candies, chips, sodas, etc.
