with weightloss you're going to have those days where your weight fluctuates.. 2 lbs really isnt much.. maybe your body is adjusting to your lifestyle and you may need to mix it up. I wouldnt worry to much. keep doing what you're doing and drink some more water. Best of luck.

Maybe you need to switch around your calorie intake and exercise routine. If you aren't eating enough calories, your body will think there's not going to be enough food and it will go into starvation mode and hang onto fat that's there.
Additionally, you might want to check for medical issues that can cause sudden weight gain, such as hypothyroidism, PCOS, insulin resistance, etc.
I recommend keeping a food diary, such as the one here on MH -- that will tell you at a glance if there are areas that you need to cut back on or some that you can increase.
do you think bcoz of your periods, bcoz when you are close to your periods its normal to show that you have gain weight and immediate after it get back to normal weight.
