I guess i'm just impatient and all of my friends are really skinny but thanks so much guys!
The diet rule is this:
At morning eat like a queen
At lunch eat like a commoner
At dinner eat like a beggar
and if you don't like exercising, do a lot of walking. It helps :) for example if you have a car, park it really far from your destination to walk. And the other thing is you need to have a calorie balance. So just times 10 to the weight that you'd like to be. So 115×10=1150 calories a day
I have a friend that is so skinny and haves a lot of health problems the weight you are is perfect for your age i would love to be 127 pounds.
That is alot of weight to lose for someone at your age, in that short period of time. Think about it, that's trying to shed 8% of your weight in a couple months. The only way to do that would be to lower your caloric intake and do insane amounts of cardio, however, that would probably be the worst decision you could make, because of the health risks you'll put your body in. Remember, your body is growing, and it's just starting to mature. It will do this for the next 15 years before it begins to slow down. Because your very young, I doubt you'll understand this, but being fixated on a number is a really bad thing to do.
