It is hard to worry about weight and there is never an excuse for bullying! It sounds like you are having a hard time at school. Some people feel the need to put others down to feel better about themselves. Hopefully those kids will learn that that behavior is narrow minded and wrong. But keep you chin up and know thay life extends decades and decades beyond school. I don't know how tall you are or your body type but remember that everyone is different. What is most important is your health. Maybe you can try new fruits and veggies? Or preparing them differently? I could never eat a plate of plain broccoli but add a little bit of ginger, garlic and just a dash or soy sauce and I can eating a serving. Also it can take many times before our taste buds can like something. And if you have been eating a lot of processed foods it takes time for your body to adjust. And it can and will adjust. If it doesn't you might want to consult a doctor. Try to make small changes, add a vitamin, switch to whole grains, dink water, see if you can quit junk food for just a week and go from there. But more importantly cultivating self love is worth more than anything else you could do for yourself! It is an ongoing process for your whole life and looks different for everyone. Good luck! :)
hi I'm Brooke and I'm 14 I weigh 104 pounds and when ever I try to lose weight it never works I felt so undetermined. But then I realized you don't need to be a skinny Barbie doll to be beautiful your gorgeous the way you are. Who cares what other people think don't change for them your you and that makes you better than any one one those people who can't see the beauty in you. Just remember weight is just a number, words are just words but confidence can change the world.
