Time for another LIVE CHAT - so Mark Your Calendars!  This coming TUESDAY, JUNE 23RD!!!

Many of you are in various time zones, not only across the United States and Canada .. but in Europe and around the world.  We're going to do two separate chat times and a longer period in the evening to accommodate the West Coast and others.  We want to give everyone a chance to participate.  

WHEN:  TUESDAY, JUNE 23rd

WHERE:  WEIGHT LOSS & DIETING COMMUNITY

FIRST CHAT:  10:00 AM TO 12 NOON  CDT  (East coast should be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Mountain 9:00 am to 11:00 am, West Coast 8:00 am to 10:00 am.  For the UK, I think you're 6 hours ahead of us .. so 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm .. and PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.)

SECOND CHAT:  6:00 PM TO 10:00 PM CDT (East coast should be 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Mountain 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, West Coast 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  For the UK, if my calculations are correct .. 12:00 Midnight to 4:00 am June 24th.)
