Losing Weight Extremely Fast

So I started on this program about a month ago. I weighed 175 pounds.I now weigh 157.I'm really just here to help you and give you some tips as to what to do and how to burn off the weight without extreme exercise.

Well that's a bit excessive amount to lose in just one month. You should only be losing up to 10 lbs a month to stay healthy. Figuring out a target weight and date, and a moderate excericise program is what will help you shed punds without killing yourself. Try the DietDiary app!
