Gdmrn, I'm trying to eat, I didn't lose any weight week, because I struggle with eating, went 3 days only ate a cup of yogurt... I will do better this week, i'm finding that I have to force myself... I've also start wearing girdle to hold my stomach while I'm on the treadmill, and wearing it throughout the day, hopefully, that helps with shrinking stomach, waist...I hold alot of belly fat...
Eat the amount needed and exercise 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. Your body will balance out. Don't starve yourself
