I have been a bit slack with the exercise, had a few days of over eating and eating the wrong things - and I am feeling blaoted today, heavy chest, swollen abdowmen.... the result of all this of course is weight gain.... so today I have set my goal to reach 170lbs in 2 weeks..... so 5.8lb to go in 14 days... Im making this goal public so I can be held accountable - so please help me by reminding me I CAN DO THIS... thanks :)
