Seasonal weight loss

I think it is easier to loose weight during summer months than in the cold season... winter seems to add pounds. does anyone have similar experience?

Spring and fall seem to have no effect on loosing weight unless you follow all recommendations.

You are right,during winter days we will feel so lazy because of that one will gain more weight...

that's because you are more active in the summer (outside stuff) and the days are longer.  Our bodies are set to hoard calories and fat for those long winter days....add in the holidays with parties and eating more calories than needed and you have part of the reason
