Motivation trick: Calm yourself, think positive, set small goals to reach your weight loss goal. Tell yourself " I love myself" and write down what you eat and drink each day for a week then add up the calories You may need less calories or maybe your not eating enough(starving yourself) add exercise
slowly and work up up to 30 min a day. Keep positive! Remember what you love about yourself!!!!
Whenever I don't feel motivated I look at pictures of fit people and then at myself. It really helps me realize what needs to be done. Also some music like eye of the tiger can really make me want to exercise. Hope this helps ;)
