Sorry I'm super late with posting. I did weigh myself on Sunday just haven't gotten on here. I am down. Went from 147.0 to 145.6. Not too bad
Don't get discouraged if you are exercising and see a gain-- muscle weighs more than fat. So when you gain muscle mass which helps your body eat the fat, you may show an increase on the scale but a decrease in your clothing size.

I did weight yesterday but was getting ready to meet relatives out of town and didn't take the time to get on here and post it.
I am up 2 pounds and really am not entirely surprised. I ate out with these same relatives Thursday evening AND spent the entire day with them Saturday where all 3 meals were provided, however I did not feel pressured to eat all placed before me. Since losing the bulk of my weight 5 years ago, I no longer feel like I have to clean my plate. I didn't ask for that much food and I didn't put it on my plate.
I also exercised every day, although I didn't keep my exercise tracker updated. I still feel like my intensity level of exercise is less than it used to be because I would not gain weight this way just a few short months ago. Oh well, I have to own my gain, and it's two pounds. YUCK.
university takes a tole on me! haha i pigged out this weekend due to family stress regarding school and other stuff and then i have a final next week and i had an essay due last week! all i can say is i stayed about the same. im at 211, so thats a .6 pd loss i believe?
i can't wait till school is done, that way, if this happens again i can show you all what im REALLY made out of!! :)

Lost: 1.5lbs
I was hoping for more of a loss today (I weigh daily, and this is my third day stuck on this weight) but since this is my lowest weight yet, I'll take it!
Since starting this challenge at 219.8lbs, I've lost a total of 4.8lbs. That's a little shy of my goal of 6lbs, but it's still better than not losing at all!

Been a couple weeks since i posted! sorry all, but no worries! Ive been good :o) 3.5 lb loss since my last post about 2 weeks ago.
Stayed the same - but no shock- a knee problem then an ankle injury then a sick child- has totally messed up my plans!
