Agree with the other 2 posters; there's no way to lose weight quickly and expect to keep it off.
You should check with your doctor to make sure you don't have health issues that can cause weight gain/inability to lose. Those could include hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and/or PCOS.
There's no way to loose weight quick and keep it off. Best to do is change your lifestyle, so that it allows you to loose weight aiming at 2lbs a week. EG. Look at snacking, can you eat fruit, Healthier breakfast? Can you fit more exercise into your day? Can you drop a few calories ect. The boring same old same old. Good Luck.
I believe one should consult your family doctor if you want to start a diet.
I would suggest that if you want to lose weight in a short time, do not
lose too much weight too quickly. For long term weight loss, losing the
weight gradually is best. Your family doctor who knows your health history
is the best place to start before starting a diet.
