As for reducing face weight ... there are a couple things to consider. If you are overweight, then as you lose weight it will naturally come off your face as well, in fact it is one of the first places weight loss is shown. If you within a healthy weight and have a naturally rounder face, then sometimes it is in our bone structure and heredity that we are blessed with and we need to learn to celebrate those things that make us unique. It would be a pretty dull world if we all looked the same.
Here are some yoga exercises that help with face exercises you may find helpful .. while these videos try to get you to purchase a "complete" set of exercises, there is no need to do so ... you can do what they show you and then move on to another video and learn more.
As far as food control, start your Food Diary and keep track of everything you eat .. each BLT (bite, lick and taste) and also consider using the weight and exercise trackers. Eat a balanced healthy diet of lean meats, fresh/frozen fruits and vegetables, more complex carbohydrates (like choosing wheat over white bread), low fat dairy (white cheese better than yellow, but watch calories), etc.
