What am I doing wrong?

I am 16 years old weigh 140 and am 5'2". I eat breakfast usually a single bowl of cereal, then go to school and first period i have P.E. where i do sports usually a lot of cradio involved (i'm thoroughly sweaty after class) for 30-45 min every day five days a week along with a 20 min walk home. I eat a very small lunch then a snack and dinner each no more then 3 hours apart and usually it all adds up to about 1000 calories more or less. So whats wrong with me? Why am I fat and why cant i loose the weight that i need to to be Healthy? I feel like im doing everything right.

you are doing everything right, you are not fat, you are at a healthy weight. because your body is still growing you will have a little extra weight. make sure to drink plenty of water keep hydrated. and you sound perfectly healthy, keep it up!

1000 calories isn't very much. If you're body doesn't have enough calories it goes into starvation & storage mode. This means that by not eating enough you're going to either keep your weight on or even gain weight. I suggest you eat at least another 200 calories, maybe more. What are you eating for lunch? Maybe you can add some nuts, boiled eggs, yogurt, or something else with a good amount of proteins and fats.
