What to Eat?

Hello Everyone..I am a 19 year old female, im  about 5'5 and I weigh 218 lbs. I gained about 35 during pregnancy almost a year ago. I do not know where to start with eating healthy. I feel like i need someone to write me a shopping list literally. I have tried before but i just cant. I dont know what to get, and what dinner entrees are healthy. what to do, what to do....  :( I always wind up getting the same exact things....a mixture of the meats, and poultry and then like packaged noodles and frozen spinach and broccli, canned corn, mac and cheese boxed, things like that. Does anyone know  a website or anything where i dont have to pay to learn how to eat healthy? Im hoping to lose about 30-40 lbs. I know it will take a while but i just quit smoking and I'm  ready to get healthy.

I'm looking too loose some weight about 30 too 40 pounds I'm only 18 and I think its good for teens too get fit...... I just don't know how I see the diet you gave but here is my problem I hate eggs .... so what can I eat too loose weight

If you just google "free online diets" there are alot out there. I would suggest an easy way to do this... Eat clean. Plain and simple. If you cut out ALL packaged foods that would be a good start. Stick to lean protein..Chicken turkey breast, fish of all kinds and Beef and pork only occassionally.
Lots of veggies and low glycemic fruits such as apples, berries, pears , plums melons.
Cut out most "white" foods. White bread, white rice, white potatoes etc..
Stick to whole wheat (100% WHOLE WHEAT) Read lablels.
I myself eat low carb. Alot of people find this hard to stick with. If you are interested go to your library and check out one of Dr. Atkins many books. I prefer this way of eating for myself. It provides fast weight loss and increases energy. But...if you do not think you can stick to this I would advise against it. Just eat healthy, unprocessed foods. Anything natural is good.
Here is a sample of what I eat
Breakfast...5 egg whites with two whole eggs scrambled with cheese and butter
snack..... 1 apple and 1/2 c cottage cheese
lunch...... Tuna fish with mayo on a whole wheat low carb tortilla with veggies
snack... handful of almonds or some string cheese
dinner.... grilled ribeye steak with alarge salad with REAL salad dressing
snack (if still early)... fat free jello with real whip cream.
You can eat full fat food such as butter and mayo if you stick to low carb. The food is very satisfying and you are NEVER hungry.
