I am not an expert but what my family and I decided to do was exercise and eat clean! Eating clean is the best thing you can do and it not a "diet" it is a lifestyle change. I started a little over 2 weeks ago and it has been challenging but I am seeing a difference,I feel so much better. If you are on Pinterest there are hundreds of blogs and recipes, that is how we got started.Trust me we ate fast food several times a week and went out and now its been almost 3 weeks and none of us has given in or craved any take out food. If we can do it anyone can! You need to drink WATER only, this was hard for me and my husband but we drink anywhere from 6-8 bottles of water a day. We also exercise for 1 hour a day and are working towards going longer. Cardio is so important in weight loss, so go walking for 1/2 mile at first then increase to 1 mile and so forth.
