you need protein in your diet , a good source anyway like chicken ect, baked beans are yum but i would recommend a balanced diet the problem with baked beans is the also contain alot of carb's which are not good to have as a last meal of the day as you will store whatever you dont burn off. And this dose not mean you should avoid carbs because your body needs them aswell , when i did the lighter life diet i lost 4 stone but i felt like **** because it was low calorie and low carbs. PLEASE DOT TRY THAT DIET EITHER. i promise you i felt rubish. I now lose wieght on
1. morning for qwick breakfast speacial k or oats with honey
2. lunch jacket potato with out butter and those lovley beans we are talking about i put cayenne pepper with mind to spice it up abit
3. most of the time i have a omlett 4 egg in a non stick pan with no oil, you could try fish i dont like it
dinner is hard because most of the things we eat are packed with carbs and sugar and when they say its a low fat item they replace it with sugar so you carnt win try and make as much of your own food as you can also dich the tea and coffee and drink lots of water. please bare in mind that i have omlett because i am a fussy eater and it is high in colestrol so balace it out with chicken maybe. sorry to everyone who eat vegie's i hate them this is my fussey eating plan.. and im still breathing
