I drink tjat much water because its half my body wieght. I do light work outs but about to do a lot more with my new job
You aren't eating enough calories and your body is going into starvation mode.
124 oz of water is a lot and water can make you feel full........ cut back on the water and increase your calorie intake. If you have an intense thirst, check with your doctor, because there are medical conditions that cause excessive thirst, such as diabetes.
What about exercise? While cutting calories is good, you have to add exercise to your regimen in order to maintain lean muscle mass.
